1. WHAT SIZE DO YOU OFFER?
We offer 4 different sizes ranging from A5 all they way to A2.
2. DO YOU OFFERING FRAMING?
No - we recommend you buy your print first and then find a suitable frame you love.
3. HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY?
The ability to ship securely and reliably to international readers was really important to us, so we charge a flat rate delivery fee of $20.00 per order, irrespective of where you are in the world. This is charged in addition at the checkout, and full shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent by email.
Delivery to UAE is at a flat rate of $7.00.
Unfortunately we cannot provide minimum delivery timescales for orders, but UAE orders should arrive within 2 working days & international between 7-8 working days
4. WHO TAKES CARE OF PRINT & DELIVERY?
We take care of all services ourselves and are responsible for printing, quality review, packing and delivery.
5. WHAT PAPER WE USE?
We use Premium archival luster paper with smooth matte Finish.
6. WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We personally printed and reviewed samples of everything available in this collection to ensure the photos are of the highest quality - this was really important to us.
All of our print are packaged & shipped in a hard case Mailing Tube to ensure safety & durability. The print is also wrapped in Sustainable paper for extra protection.
